Built on our family’s 50-acre sheep farm overlooking Seneca Lake, Alistair’s Distillery is a testament to our ingenuity, love of chemistry, and working with our hands. Each still is designed and hand-built to extract the subtle, delicate, and sophisticated flavors from the wines produced for the spirits. The grapes are sourced from neighboring vineyards, while the botanicals for our gin are cultivated right on our land, highlighting a commitment to keeping everything as local as possible.
Because of our limited inventory, Alistair's spirits are exclusively available for purchase at the distillery during our family’s bluegrass festival, Pickin’ In The Pasture held every August, right here where it all happens.
