Set on a working 50-acre sheep farm overlooking the depths of Seneca Lake, Alistair’s Distillery was built entirely by hand. Driven by a obsession with chemistry and custom craftsmanship, we engineered our stills from the ground up to capture the rarest notes of neighboring wine harvests. Paired with botanicals cultivated steps from our door, every bottle is an unfiltered expression of our home.

Because of our limited inventory, Alistair's spirits are exclusively available for purchase at the distillery during our family’s bluegrass festival, Pickin’ In The Pasture held every August, right here where it all happens.
